* Choose YourWay™
Our clients have enjoyed our professional
guidance system for
most efficient and proper selection of programs for you, based
on main differentiating factors.
After processing thousands of applicants
and observing their steps in gradual integration here we have
exceptional experience in determining what is needed for proper
decision making from starting steps to the point of arrival
and settlement.
There are many self-assessment
or "free assessment" guides around on internet, just
like there are many sites (for example) on medical information.
Medical professionals - doctors, pharmacists, nurses - were
not replaced by internet though. It is, accordingly, our
company's belief that the best proper assessment and recommendation
on numerous problems facing every immigrant - is a professional
personal assessment, not collecting bits and pieces of information
with allways missing gaps, unexpected pitfalls.
Our company's professional assessment
and guidance program allows you to make first important and
informed decisions before you make any major commitment (financial
or otherwise) to head in a direction.
First assessment
forms allow us to look at your main qualifications.
This is a very important step. It gives both the client and
our company a clear plan and a sense of specific orientation,
avoid costly mistakes or problems in the future.
We
will contact you and have thorough professional evaluation of
your situation. While we will communicate via e-mail as well,
for the purpose of assessment we normally call our prospective
clients (after we've received the forms and $50 payment)
and discuss all main planning issues over the phone.
The language of communication is English. We can also directly
serve clients at this time in Russian, Ukrainian, Polish languages.
Other languages - it's necessary to ask someone to interpret
for you. It can be your friend or relative. You can also
ask a professional interpreter to do that.
Some
clients can point to certain web sites that promote "free
assessment" - we have carefully analyzed this question.
Comments
about "free" assessment notion. Let's get this
straight: no respected professional in Canada (a lawyer or a
consultant) provides or aims to provide truly "free"
services. (Whether one likes it or not, the ideas of "communism"
and death of financial systems are more or less proven wrong).
There are popular sayings in Canada is US: "there is no
such thing as free lunch" or "free cheese is only
in the mousetrap". Each firm/lawyer has constant expenses:
every month for office lease, telephone service, equipment,
computers/internet, salaries for people they employ. Nobody
can honestly claim that they provide free services, since soon
they will simply go bankrupt. If you have some discomfort dealing
with money - get rid of it - the more you think how to earn
money and how to spend it wisely - the better off your life
will be in Canada or USA. After all - the money you receive
must be a mesure of "good, benefit" that you deliver
to other people, for which they pay you. You in turn use that
money to get from others "goods or services" that
you need.
- secrets and realities of "free" assessment.
While "free" assessments do exist on the internet,
those sites usually would not say that they are made with one
or more of the following conditions:
-
"free" assessment is used sometimes as a trick or
a way to get the client to contact the company and simply ask
the client to sign a contract and pay the money (few thousands
of dollars typically).
-
"free" assessment is often done by the firms/consultants
who are new and have very few clients, so to fill their
time they do those assessments. The main risk here is
obvious - their low level of professional experience is very
a serious risk factor for you as a client, even though some
of less experienced companies can genuinely claim that they
want to help you. The unfortunate thing is that many amateurs
falsely claim to be very experienced and without asking proper
questions, it's not easy to find the truth.
-
"free" assessment may also be done by those who are
simply not good enough to have high demand for their
services, since many clients have turned away from them.
We can say with 100% certainty that a every reputable
professional lawyer or a consultant is very, very busy doing
work for clients who retained the company on contract and paid
a deposit. They often work 12 hours and more per day,
sometimes during weekends too. Accordingly - "free"
can mean another risk factor behind it - bad quality of service.
This is generally a self-evident truth for many people in many
areas - for example you would not find a good doctor, who does
not have enough patients to fill his work time and goes around
providing some extra "free services".
-
finally - we know that some good, reputable companies do have
"free" assessment on their site. If we assume that
somebody will try to do it properly - carefully review your
situation and prepare a good professional plan for your immigration
- it means that other clients paid for that time to assess
new prospects for "free". Our company's transparent
and honest policy is to tell openly that, this would be unethical
to those clients who paid their money and retained the company
for professional services. You would not be happy to find
yourself in a situation where a company provides "free"
assessment to others using your money, since- we emphasize
again - a proper assessment and planning (before contract money
is paid) is a very serious and crucial step in the immigration
process. Knowing that internet (with good marketing) can
generate very numerous e-mail mmessages for assessment - we
still doubt that even good companies can do it properly for
"free". In many cases reality is - that low-paid
assistants compose the standard reply by e-mail without having
their lawyers even look at it - you may not know who wrote that
reply.
-
short comment on the whole spirit of "free" services
on internet. There are large companies like Microsoft (with
Hotmail.com free e-mail service), Yahoo and others providing
some basic services to millions of clients without a charge.
Their business model is quite different. One way or the other
- those companies have huge budgets (many millions or billions
of dollars), which they spend on large scale customer acquisition,
expecting that eventually they can finally somehow start making
money after attracting millions of clients or visitors. Their
business model is quite different from any of the immigration
companies in Canada. We state with full confidence - not
a single reputable immigration companies in Canada has budgets
even remotely approching "free service" model of megaportals
like MSN or Yahoo.
So
our policy is this: we do provide evaluation for those who plan
and want to retain our services. After you fill our first form
- we acknowledge your application and provide instructions on
next steps. We discuss main questions over the phone (we can
call prospect or you can call us) and propose the plan with
contract for our services. Once the agreed retainer is paid,
we start implementing the plan. ##
- we still do provide free of charge
assessment for those who are referred to us from
a trusted source (our representative or agent, other clients
or friends). This is because the trust is already established
and we can reliably predict that the client needs and will use
our services. The internet on the other hand is a "free
for all" media and unfortunately we cannot have knowledge
of real intentions of all people who fill out First
assessment form. Thousands of people would
try to use this just simply to receive free information, without
real intention to retain the ompany for services. This
would be unfair to us and our existing clients.
-
it's important to note also that the $50 US paid for the first
assessment is counted to reduce the amount paid for main
contract for services, which we offer to you at stage two
of the process. If we establish that we can accept your case,
based on the evidence that you meet strict Canadian legal requirements
for admission. If not - we can recommend what needs to
be done to properly upgrade your qualificatioons and improve
your case.
