 Independent class

Independent class (also called economic immigrants) - our clients in this group have to be able to present evidence that they are able to establish themselves successfully and independently relying primarily on their own financial resources, job market skills, education, knowledge of English or French, initiative and intent to work hard in Canada.  Main streams have been established in order to select clients in this group properly:

a) Skilled workers - for those who have good education, work experience, financial resources. To use this program our clients have to present credible information and documents proving that ultimately they are able and willing to get successfully established in economic sense.  This usually means - ability to find a full time job in Canada to support yourself and your family, if you have one.  To determine chances for success a special point system has been put in place by which applicants have to achieve necessary number of points.  While we know that numerous self-assessment guides exist, we believe that in the long run it's better to use professional services, instead of trying to do all by trial and error.  If you have above qualities (education, experience, knowledge (or ability to learn English or French) - and have serious interest in Canada - we recommend you to proceed to next step - our "Choose your way" system.

Provincial nominees - a small part of skilled worker class (about 1-2%), where in response to specific requests of certain provinces, our clients may use professional skills particularly suitable for the labor market demand of this province - and plan to live in this province.  While a very small part of the independent class use provincial nominee venue, however for some of our clients that maybe the best option.  In our assessment process (Choose your way) we always mention to clients, if this particular option is suitable for them.

b) Business immigrants - for those who have experience of running one's own business successfully and have strong financial position (self-employed, entrepreneurs, investors); ##

c) Assisted relatives - primarily for those who "almost" qualify in one of the above groups. We provide the necessary support services for you to get extra points and better chances for independent class clients who have in Canada at least one of those relatives: an aunt or an uncle, a parent, a grandparent, a brother, a sister, a niece or a nephew, - who is either a Canadian citizen or a landed immigrant. Even after the sponsorship option from those relatives has been removed by Immigration department - their presence can be valuable asset. (with rare exceptions, there is no sponsorship options from assisted relatives)

We know that there are certain self-assessment guides one can find in the internet. We tell you straight main factors required under specific programs, yet proper individual legal analysis and advice can not be replaced by automated "yes-no" forms. Our professional position is similar to medical services: even if you are educated and informed, it is much better to have access to a real doctor, rather then look for solutions in the internet. What our legal professional representative can decide in a matter of minutes (after you fill out our assessment form and we discuss the case on the phone), may take long; often misguided search in legal maze of choices and questions takes place in such cases. Experience of thousands of families of our clients proves there are always numerous complications in the process that are not visible at first sight. If you consider that the independent program most likely fits your profile - you may proceed to section about our services and apply now..##
